1. Nature of Services

Divine Nummbrs provides consultative guidance related to baby naming and name alignment based on Numerology, Astrology, and naming principles.

2. Accuracy of Information

The quality and accuracy of consultation results depend on the accuracy of the birth details and other information provided by the client.

Divine Nummbrs shall not be held responsible for analysis or recommendations based on incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

3. Consultation Process

Clients are required to provide relevant information such as birth details and naming preferences.

Based on the information provided, personalised name suggestions or alignment analysis will be prepared and delivered within the timeframe communicated at the time of booking.

4. Payments & Fees

All services require advance payment to confirm the consultation booking.

Payments may be made through UPI or other digital payment methods made available by Divine Nummbrs.

Payment confirms your booking for the selected consultation service.

All payments are non-transferable and may not be reassigned to another individual or adjusted against a different service unless explicitly agreed by Divine Nummbrs.

5. Delivery Timeline

Personalised consultation results are typically delivered within approximately 5–7 working days after receiving complete client information and payment confirmation.

In certain cases, delivery timelines may extend due to additional analysis requirements. Clients will be informed accordingly.

Delivery of services is considered complete once the consultation report or name suggestions are sent to the client via WhatsApp or email using the contact details provided by the client. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided are accurate and accessible.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalised nature of the consultation services, payments are generally non-refundable once the consultation process has begun.

Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Divine Nummbrs in exceptional circumstances such as significant service delays.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer.

7. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for reviewing the consultation information and making their own final decision regarding name selection or alignment.

Divine Nummbrs provides analytical insights and recommendations; interpretation and final implementation remain the responsibility of the client.

8. Intellectual Property

All consultation materials, name suggestions, reports, and written insights provided by Divine Nummbrs – Baby Naming & Name Alignment Consultancy are the intellectual property of the consultancy.

The name suggestions, reports, and consultation insights are created exclusively for the personal use of the client.

These materials may not be reproduced, resold, distributed, published, or used for commercial or professional purposes beyond the client's personal use without prior written permission from Divine Nummbrs.

Divine Nummbrs retains all intellectual property rights over its naming frameworks, analysis methods, and consultation materials.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Consultations provided by Divine Nummbrs are based on Numerology, Astrology, and naming principles and are intended for guidance purposes only.

We do not guarantee specific life outcomes, events, or results based on the chosen name.

Divine Nummbrs shall not be held responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on consultation insights.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific consultation service.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
